The Automaster measures temperature directly in the mold and automatically adjusts the flow of cooling water to a preset temperature. It provides rapid cooling by a built-in turbulence flow generator (Reynolds number 8,500 or higher).

We have improved the durability of the system architecture by using tungsten mechanical seals and a stainless steel impeller.Because the structure allows water temperatures of 140 or higher, it is possible to replace oil with water and to make injection molded items in a comfortable environment.
